The Maryland Council for Dispute Resolution is a membership organization dedicated to supporting practitioners through networking, mentoring, continuing education, advocacy, and performance-based mediator certification.     Whether you've taken MACRO's Bilingual Basic Mediation Training or are just considering it, we're building a pipeline for bilingual Spanish mediation trainees — from training, to practice with the Community Mediation Center of Calvert County, to certification and paid roles. As part of that, we're organizing a career fair for November 2, 6–8 PM, at the Calvert County Library in Prince Frederick (Room 3).

Ten percent of sales will be donated to MCDR to support our mission of advancing mediation and conflict resolution in Maryland.
